Very nice, bright, two-room apartment for rent on the first floor, with windows on both sides, in Saint Cyprien, Capellans, opposite the marina. It's a peaceful and serene place where we welcome all respectful guests for a relaxing holiday or a quiet work environment. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, and a loggia offering a lovely view of the marina (see photo). It is fully equipped for 4 people, with a refrigerator, induction hob, dishes, a coffee machine, a fan, and duvets and pillows provided. Private parking space and Wi-Fi. The price varies depending on the week or days requested outside of peak season. Additional photos available upon request.
