Welcome to this magnificent apartment on the Marina waterfront in ST CYPRIEN PLAGE! A dream panorama, with your feet in the water, your days will be filled with the sound of boats!



This T2 is perfect for a wonderful holiday just steps away from the beaches, and for walks along the lagoon!



You will find a lovely living area with 2 sofas, including 1 that converts into a sofa bed, as well as a proper bedroom with a double bed!



Its terrace, absolutely superb, is equipped with a plancha, garden furniture and sun loungers!



2 bicycles will be at your disposal, which you can use on the numerous cycle paths along the marina and in St Cyprien!



Please note that from 01/11 to 01/04 we will ask you to contribute to electricity and/or gas costs (calculated based on meter readings)



Our concierge service will welcome you on site to hand over the keys and will be available throughout your stay if needed.
