Welcome to this family home, nestled in the heart of Saint-Cyprien Plage!



This 100 m² property offers an ideal setting for a holiday, with its 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (including one with a bathtub), it can accommodate up to 13 people, perfect for large groups, families or friends!



It has a large garden with a terrace that follows its contours, there is also a veranda, but the special feature is upstairs, as a terrace adjoining a lovely bedroom will delight you for moments of relaxation in a more secluded setting.



The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils necessary to prepare delicious meals.



Ideal location just a few minutes' walk from the beach, market and shops, as well as evening entertainment!



WiFi access, private parking, you will benefit from all the amenities necessary for a most pleasant stay.



Please note that from 01/11 to 01/04 we will ask you to contribute to electricity and/or gas costs (calculated based on meter readings)
