Discover this charming 3-star air-conditioned house of 70m² located in Saint-Cyprien beach, perfectly suited for families, but also for reunions between friends!

It has been entirely renovated and will allow you to enjoy both the interior and exterior with its bioclimatic pergola and its large beautifully decorated outdoor space!



Modern, this accommodation is comfortable and can welcome up to 6 people: the rental has two bedrooms (including 1 on the ground floor) and a third sleeping area upstairs with a sofa bed. A bathroom with toilet on the ground floor, and a second toilet upstairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped and wifi will complete its facilities, which every holidaymaker appreciates!



Ideally located, in a quiet setting and in a small residence, once your vehicle is parked in the private parking space, you can do everything on foot (beach, shops, entertainment and market!)
