St Cyprien beautiful holiday home near the beach

This lovely 2-star holiday home is located in a quiet, family-friendly residence in the Aygual district of Saint Cyprien plage, with free private parking.



Air-conditioned, it offers you all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay, from the barbecue to the garden furniture.



It comprises 2 proper bedrooms and 1 mezzanine, each with 1 double bed. Terrace of 40 m2 partially covered, west-facing.



Terrace furniture, barbecue, garden seating under shade cloth and synthetic lawn will provide you with a great outdoor relaxation space.



Less than 10 minutes' walk away, you will have access to the beach and essential shops (bakery, grocery store, butcher's...).



Please note that sheets and towels are not provided; you can hire them from your concierge L'Intendance, who will be present throughout your stay to welcome you and hand over the property.



You will be contacted a week before your arrival to arrange your check-in together.



Please note that from 01/11 to 01/04 we will ask you to contribute to electricity and/or gas costs (calculated based on meter readings).



Our concierge L'Intendance will welcome you on site to hand over the keys and will be present throughout your stay.
