Located on the 5th floor with elevator, this lovely 1-bedroom apartment with sleeping alcove is approximately 42m² and sleeps 4-6 people. The entrance opens onto a living room with a superb view of the port and the sea, facing east, with a dining area, TV, reversible air conditioning, and a double sofa bed (140cm). The semi-separate kitchenette includes a 2-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and fridge-freezer. There is one bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and an enclosed loggia facing the port (small cabinet with mini-oven). The sleeping alcove has two single pull-out beds (80cm). The bathroom has a shower, washing machine, and toilet. Secure parking space #506 is located at the foot of the building. A wooded park for children is located behind the residence. PETS WELCOME.
