Tolle Lage

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, direkt am Meer und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Kopfkissen sowie die Matratzen waren gewöhnungsbedürftig. Im Badezimmer müssten dringend die Silikondichtungenerneuert werden. Die Couch muss neu. Auch der Liegestuhl für die Terrasse ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Aber die wunderschöne Gegend und die Ruhe haben viel wieder gut gemacht. Top WLAN Preis/Leistung gut.

-Sommier à lattes d'un lit à une place endommagé et dangereux, risque de chute. - Porte de la chambre du lit à deux places frotte et fait du bruit. -Le volet de la baie vitrée ne fonctionne plus. -Il manque des tampons sous les chaises, bruyantes quand on les déplace. -L'essoreuse à salade qui ne fonctionne pas. -Pas d'accès à la WIFI. -Par compte ménage correct et linge de lit propre. -Résidence très sympa. Mr et Mme Rabette Mr et Mme Violleau

Catalona

Appartement un peu vétuste même si l'essentiel y est. Les bons côtés : la mer a proximité, la piscine et la terrasse. Les chiens sont tolérés et non acceptés (chaque jour une remarque sur le fait qu'il soit en laisse et oui j'ai lu le règlement !). Les jeunes enfants sont acceptés mais n'ont pas le droit de jouer dans l'enceinte de la résidence. Il faut aller à l'extérieur. Heureusement que le portail n'est pas loin. Bref une résidence pour séniors aimant la tranquillité.
