We welcome you to a green and peaceful setting, a semi-detached cottage "le roc" on one level (50m2) completely renovated in 2019 with a large terrace equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs, griddle and barbecue.

A living room with integrated and equipped kitchen (hob, air fryer, microwave...), 2 bedrooms each including 1 double bed (140cm) and a mezzanine bed (90cm) intended for a child and a shower room.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Large shaded park, swimming pool open from June 15 to September 15 (unheated), tennis courts available all year round.

We have two cottages that can be rented simultaneously, Roc and Milandes (advertisement no. 2190342) which are part of a small group of 8 cottages in the heart of nature.

The cottage is located in Saint Crépin et Carlucet, halfway between Sarlat (10km) and Lascaux (12km), in the heart of the Périgord Noir, near Les Eyzies, the Dordogne Valley, La Roque Gageac, Beynac…

Come and visit our region: castles, chasms, caves… and don't forget to discover our culinary specialties: foie gras, confit, duck breast, rillettes, and much more. Enjoy leisure activities such as canoeing on the Dordogne River, climbing, hiking, and cycling…

Très bonnes vacances

Le logement est bien situé, proche de grands points touristiques comme Sarlat ou les grottes de Lascaux tout en étant au calme. Claudine est une hôte à l écoute, réactive en cas de soucis et très attentionné envers ses hôtes. Je recommande..

Nice place, all you could want from a Gite handy for Sarlat etc.

Nice modern Gite in nice setting. Clean, has all you need and nice garden and pool. Only one problem- the poolside surface took the skin off my kids’ fingers and toes! Too rough!
