Cocoonr is offering this seaside house for rent in Saint-Coulomb, just a 5-minute walk from the stunning Chevrets beach. It has a floor area of 80 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests.

It comprises a living room, a fully-fitted kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two separate toilets. 4* hotel-quality bed linen is provided, and the beds will be made up for your arrival.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:
- A living room with a sofa, armchairs, coffee table and TV
- A fully equipped kitchen and dining area, including: electric kettle, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker…
- A shower room.
- A utility room
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1 with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2 with three single beds (90x200).
- A bathroom with a heated towel rail and toilet.

For even greater comfort, the following additional facilities are available: a dishwasher, a hairdryer and a washing machine.

You can make the most of sunny days on the south-facing terrace, which is equipped with sun loungers, garden furniture and an electric griddle.

The house is ideally situated in Saint-Coulomb in a very pleasant setting. The shops in the centre of Saint-Coulomb (bakery, butcher’s, chemist’s, mini-market) are a 5-minute drive away.

L'Ecume Logement très bien situé, belle plage accessible à pied. De nombreuses randonnées et visites à faire à proximité du logement. Une voiture est indispensable pour pouvoir profiter de la région. La place de parking juste devant la maison est fort appréciable. Grande maison, fonctionnelle avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Nous retournerons avec grand plaisir. Le logement est parfait pour une famille de 5 : 1 grande chambre parentale et 1 chambre avec 3 lits simples.

L'Ecume Tres beau logement bien décoré, très propre, literie très confortable. Une jolie terrasse exposée sud pour bien profiter du soleil. Par contre elle n'est pas totalement fermée et donne sur une cour avec portail toujours ouvert sur la route juste à côté donc attention avec enfants en bas âge (nous avons trouvé comme système D de bloquer le passage entre la terrasse et la cour avec le grand barbecue, mais une barrière serait la bienvenue !). Nous avons été bien accueilli et l'agence est toujours disponible et réactive. Une jolie location pour découvrir cette belle région. La plage des chevrets est à 10 mns à pieds et à l'abri du vent contrairement à beaucoup d'autres plages, je vous la conseille !

L'Ecume "Si vous êtes à la recherche d'un endroit calme, beau, à deux minutes à pied de la mer avec des vues incroyables et beaucoup d'endroits où marcher, c'est l'endroit idéal. En voiture, nous sommes à 10 minutes de Saint-Malo, à neuf minutes de cancales et à quatre minutes d’un centre commercial, le tout dans un petit village au cœur de la nature. Un vrai petit paradis ! Un cocon de bonheur ! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés et même les mains vides, car la préparation du logement réalisée par Alexandre et l’accueil fait par Florian sont parfaits. Nous y reviendrons certainement ! Merci encore"

L'Ecume "Globalement, la maison est agréable et spacieuse, au calme, proche de la plage et des sentiers côtiers, tout comme de Saint Malo et Cancale : bel emplacement. La décoration et le concept ""maison de famille"" est plutôt sympa ; une suggestion : rénovation à parfaire s'agissant de l'escalier et de la cuisine (sol vert de gris vieillot et triste et meuble mado ""dans son jus""). Quelques désagréments : l'aspirateur ne fonctionnait pas et n'a pas été remplacé pendant le séjour, la télé capte très mal les chaînes. Quelques ustensiles en cuisine supplémentaires seraient les bienvenus : théière, tourtière, crêpière, spatule, presse agrumes, ciseau, manique, et également des pinces à linge, des couteaux à viande de table et quelques mugs supplémentaires (il n'y en a que 4)."
