Arrivée le samedi 18h00 à la location. L'agence a oublié de nous donner les clés du parking ainsi que les serviettes de toilettesL'appartement n'est pas propre, toiles d'araignées aux fenêtres, certains ustensiles de cuisine non utilisables, couverts vieux et sales, penderie de la chambre remplie de vêtements de la propriétaire, table à manger branlante avec pied tenant grâce à du scotch, tiroir du buffet non collé, nous reste dans les mains...Le temps de faire cet état des lieux, l'agence est fermée il faudra attendre lundi pour de l'aide :(Le wifi n'est pas installé, impossible de communiquer avec le service client d'ailleurs débordé2 premiers jours gâchés. Il a fallu aller manger à l'extérieur, impossible de travailler car pas de wifi. La télévision ne fonctionne pas non plus, la télécommande a des piles qui ont fuit à l'intérieur et est toute corrodée!
