A prime location for exploring the region by car, hiking, or cycling, with many legendary Alpine passes! On the road to the Col du Glandon, between Savoie and Isère, magnificent hikes to high-altitude lakes in a wild and preserved setting. Ideal for a sporty and recharging stay! Independent chalet on 2 floors. Access by an external staircase from the parking lot or on the ground floor from the garden. On the garden level: living room (kitchen-living room-lounge) with terrace access, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm / 2 single beds), 1 bathroom (shower) and a toilet independent. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 4 single beds, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), 1 bathroom (shower) with WC. Unfenced natural garden. Parking near the house.
