Studio in the heart of a village on the banks of the Loire

A completely renovated, modern, and cozy apartment in the heart of a quiet village on the banks of the Loire River. Just a few meters away, you’ll find a bakery, a bulk grocery store, and a bar/tobacco shop; a few kilometers away, you’ll have access to all kinds of shops (pharmacy, supermarket, gas station, etc.)

This studio features a king-size bed with high-quality bedding, a sitting area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious, bright shower room. The apartment stays cool thanks to its tuffeau stone walls and its orientation.

Our service includes bed linens, bath towels, and everyday essentials (shower gel, soap, dish soap, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, chocolate, etc.)—plus a local welcome gift!

You don’t need to bring anything; we’ve taken care of everything.

We also provide outdoor furniture with a parasol and a gas grill for your barbecues, as well as another seating area in the garden for you to relax. All of this is set on a large, shaded lot with fruit trees.

Bicycles are available for your rides along the Loire River.

Parfait pour une première

EXTRA Florie et Emmanuel ont tout fait pour offrir un lieu de repos de qualité. Joli studio. Très fonctionnel. A 200 mètres de la Loire...comme chez moi durant tout ce long séjour me laissant ainsi le temps d'apprécier l'endroit. Très bien équipé. Espace détente...une douche italienne au top. Je reviendrai...et plutôt deux fois qu'une!!!
