A communal wooden vacation cottage located on the outskirts of the small village of St-Clément-de-Vers, in the Haut Beaujolais region, completely private on a large 3,000 m² lot that includes two other cottages. Option to rent all 3 cottages for a family gathering (18 people). Beautiful view of the foothills of the Massif Central; very quiet. Access via a loggia into the living room, which features a very well-equipped kitchenette and a double sofa bed. Shower room. Separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), one of which has a balcony. Electric heating. Ample storage space. Outside, a private, attached covered terrace with patio furniture; a large, shared, unfenced yard; a playground; and a parking area with an electric vehicle charging station. Discounted rates for stays of 2 weeks or more—please inquire. Nearby: Col des Echarmeaux, Mont St-Rigaud (“Roof of the Rhône”), Beaujeu (historic capital of the Beaujolais region).
