Comfortable 35 m² apartment, ideal for a relaxing stay. Located on the ground floor of the owners' house, it features a main room with a kitchen and dining area (no living room). The bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) and a wardrobe. There is also a shower room and a separate toilet.

Enjoy a small furnished terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a charcoal barbecue. The large, enclosed 2000 m² garden, shared with the owners, offers a pleasant setting for relaxation. A cot and high chair are available for families. A washing machine is accessible in the basement. Electric heating. Pack light; everything is included in this apartment. Located in the heart of the Périgord Noir, at the confluence of the Dordogne and Vézère rivers, near Sarlat, Les Eyzies-de-Tayac, La Roque-Gageac, Domme, and other towns, this region is rich in castles, hiking trails, canoeing, caves, and charming farmers' markets.
