Stunning new chalet (2019) with luxury amenities and beautiful terraces off the living room, dining room, kitchen, and bedrooms, offering a 180-degree panoramic view of the Chantermerle ski area. <br>Modern decor and a very comfortable design. Spacious rooms for harmonious family living. Family-friendly and welcoming. Green Up outlet for charging electric vehicles in the garage. The chalet is located within walking distance of the Serre Ratier gondola (800 m), accessible via a free shuttle that runs every 30 minutes during the school year, or by car with free parking right in front of the slopes.
There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. The bathroom has a bathtub and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

We had an amazing stay. The house is beautiful and accommodated our group of 12 comfortably. Access to skiing, Briancon, and other parts of the Alps is easy. Grocery store locations and restaurants are all within walking distance. Check in and out with Anna was very pleasant as well. Highly recommend!
