Please note the rooms are nice but very small, they have small balconies which were very nice in the summer. Restaurant was also quite nice, however only serves until 21:30 so check your arrival time. Lots of good places to eat in the small town

Lovely modern hotel just 50 yards from the main ski lift and village centre. Good little spa which we used everyday. Superb breakfast. Rooms were of a high standard and normal size for a ski resort. Smart bathroom with a Powerful shower. Highly recommend Only slight annoyance was having to pay for outdoor parking.

SĂ©jour mitigĂ© dans cet hĂŽtel 4 Ă©toiles. La chambre Ă©tait propre et l’accueil professionnel, mais cela ne suffit pas Ă  compenser les nombreux dysfonctionnements. AprĂšs le dĂźner, nous avons dĂ» patienter prĂšs d’une heure Ă  l’extĂ©rieur de notre chambre, celle-ci Ă©tant inaccessible en raison d’un boĂźtier d’accĂšs dĂ©fectueux. Nos valises Ă©taient Ă  l’intĂ©rieur, donc inaccessibles. Le technicien a reconnu ne pas maĂźtriser le systĂšme. En attendant, il nous a Ă©tĂ© proposĂ© d’aller au bar oĂč nous avons consommĂ© une tisane offerte. Aucun autre dĂ©dommagement, ce qui est regrettable pour un Ă©tablissement de ce standing. Le spa, pourtant rĂ©servĂ©, ne permet aucune dĂ©tente : absence de surveillance, adolescents bruyants sautant dans la piscine, adultes parlant fort
 L’expĂ©rience attendue n’était pas au rendez-vous. Le dĂźner a Ă©galement Ă©tĂ© dĂ©cevant : plats oubliĂ©s, service dĂ©sorganisĂ©, et proposition de vin sans information prĂ©alable sur les tarifs. Dans l’ensemble, pour un 4 Ă©toiles, la prestation est trĂšs moyenne et ne correspond pas aux attentes.

Séjour agréable et bel emplacement

L’accĂšs 1h au spa inclus Ă©tait top ! Par contre, la chambre ne me semble pas Ă  la hauteur d’un 4*. L’oreiller est Ă©norme et pas confortable. Le flacon de gel douche Ă©tait vide. Globalement, l’hĂŽtel est vieillissant et mĂ©riterait une rĂ©novation. Par contre, le buffet du petit dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait excellent. Que des produits frais et gĂąteaux maison.
