## Logement
The flat is very comfortable, with a very authentic style, and will be perfect for a ski trip or in summer, to enjoy the beautiful walks in the surroundings. It is tastefully furnished: the furniture and decorations are made of wood, which gives a very nice mountain touch. The accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a television and a very functional and fully equipped open kitchen, with a dishwasher and a combined oven. The large living room opens onto a beautiful south west facing balcony with a view of the Guisane and the Grand Area. There is a first bedroom with two single beds (80*190) and a second master bedroom with a double bed (160*190).
Two bathrooms will be at your disposal. You can also take advantage of the bicycle path at the foot of the flat and the ski lifts which are only 2 minutes away on foot to practice all your sports activities.
Restaurants are located near the flat (Hasaar, and Petit Chalet). A Carrefour is 10 minutes walk away.

## Emplacement
The Chantemerle Center with its shops, restaurants, ski school and ski and mountain bike rentals is less than 300 meters away. In summer, the Colombiers park, in front of the residence, has an organic swimming pool and tennis courts. Rafting/water sports center at the entrance of the residence.
