At an altitude of 1,760 m, surrounded by nature, detached chalet on 6,000 m² of land, ideally located on the Col du Granon climb (legendary Tour de France mountain pass), overlooking the ski resort and the Serre-Chevalier valley, south-facing, splendid unobstructed view. Absolute calm. Natura 2000 area. Access to the GR 57 hiking trail from the chalet. Tour de France cycling race in July 2022.
