A 14m x 7m, 1.5m deep, unheated chlorine swimming pool, shared with the owners, is secured by an alarm and is open from June 1st to September 30th. The pool has independent access from the cottage. On the Wine Route and Bastides, come and discover the gastronomy of Périgord in Eymet, starting with the Thursday morning market, a tradition since the bastide's founding. This gîte is located 15 km from Eymet (with its arcaded houses, fountain, and 13th-century castle) and 24 km from the old town of Bergerac, which has preserved vestiges of the past (half-timbered houses) along the banks of the Dordogne River. The castles of Bridoire and Monbazillac are nearby. Bergerac Airport is just a 15-minute drive away. The owners' daughter runs a cat boarding service on the property.
