I really like the flexibility of doing the check in and the fastest to get in, after a long time flight.The only thing to change is to do it a better cleaning floor, specifically close to your bed & include a small soap to washing your hands on your private room

They DON'T CARE about guests at all. Their staff don't help at all. They say they want to help but then blame it on booking sites.We booked the wrong dates by mistake and immediately tried to contact them to change them, they had the same room at the same proce for the correct dates, they said they couldn't help, we are so extremely DISSAPOINTED. If you want to keep your money and have a nice stay, DO NOT BOOK HERE.

La chambre n'était pas propre que ce soit la terre au sol à côté du lit ou bien les traces de moisissures au plafond ou la moisissure dans la douche ou encore le boîtier électrique ouvert, rien n'allait. Au milieu de la nuit s'est mis à retentir une alarme incendie qui a perduré plus de 2h pour cause d'une défaillance dans le système de sécurité... super

Sauberkeit setzten 6. Wir haben das Zimmer erst einmal selbst gereinigt. Das Zimmer / Hotel ist echt in die Jahre gekommen und das Interieur ist sehr verschließen. Mit Ausnahme der Betten die wahren in Ordnung. Die Zimmerkarte musste Täglich neu aktiviert werden.

La dame de l'accueil a été extrêmement gentille ainsi que Hawa. Autrement le reste de l'hôtel est exécrable. Il y avait un vieille homme blanc je pense loger par le Samu qui se baladé dans l'hôtel comme s'il était le patron demandé des cigarettes et un peu trop flirtant à mon goût. De plus pas de matériel correcte à disposition des clients. Petit déjeuner sans RIEN pas de jus d'orange que des yahourts nature quand vous demandez plus de choses on vous réponds y'en a plus aucun effort et sans parler de la propreté.. salle de bain vieille et déguelasse plus le chauffage laisse à désirer.. y'a rien qui va !! Avec l'aide de Dieu je ne reviendrai PLUS JAMAIS! Je ne recommande pas.
