They DON'T CARE about guests at all. Their staff don't help at all. They say they want to help but then blame it on booking sites.We booked the wrong dates by mistake and immediately tried to contact them to change them, they had the same room at the same proce for the correct dates, they said they couldn't help, we are so extremely DISSAPOINTED. If you want to keep your money and have a nice stay, DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Booked this one by accident but that part was my fault. This is almost 1km from the nearest train station. There isn’t much that is good to eat near the hotel. My room was small (which, it was only me so that doesn’t matter but if 3 people were in there like it is set up for it would be tight). The room smelled like stale smoke but thankfully the window could be opened and I left it open all night. The bathroom is tiny and it smelled like urine. When I lifted the toilet seat, the toilet had what I assume is urine in it. Assuming someone had not cleaned it properly, I flushed and was careful to not touch anything. The next morning, I got up and the toilet water was yellow and smelly again. I assume there is an issue with their pipes. The shower is basically touching the toilet and you had better hope you aren’t a big There were people talking most of the night and the noise travels a lot. The staff is friendly and the entrance was clean. There is a gate at night so your car is parked in a secure area (if you have one).

What I liked about the hotel was the service they gave us and the beds we had,what I liked about the bed was, it had comfy pillows a soft matrice and lots of space they had,close resturans .

Nice hotel, however the transportation is not easy

Nice hotel but, the corridor is dirty and the transport facilities is bad as not cab available in the area. However the staff were very kind,approachable and helpful.

The staff was friendly and helpful. My issue with the hotel was the room. The description about the hotel says that there is no smoking allowed in the rooms. The room stank of smoke as soon as I walked in. I left the window open but that didn't help. There's no smoke detectors in the room for safety. I am asthmatic and the smell didn't help. I have stayed in two different Premiere Classe and they both had this issue when I was in Paris. I had booked them for the same week so this made my stay unpleasant.

Great hotel, good location, not perfect though.

It was a well priced and located hotel, the room had quite a bit of wear & tear but was clean enough. The breakfast could have been better too as the toaster seemed to break and there was not a huge selection of foods.
