Loue Maison à Saint Briac sur Mer - 6 Chambres - 8 Couchages

We are renting our main residence in St Briac from August 10 to 24, 2024. Fortnightly rental (4500€ for the 2 weeks). End of stay cleaning and household linen are included in the rental.

Our house is located 10 minutes by bike from the beaches of La Salinette and Longchamp, 5 minutes by bike from the village of St Briac. It has a large garden, fully enclosed.

6 bedrooms (ideal for 8 beds) and 3 bathrooms are open for rent. The house has been recently renovated and has a full level of equipment given that it is our main residence: Wifi, well equipped kitchen (2 fridges, cooking piano, dishwasher, Thermomix), washing machine and dryer, hi-fi, garden tables and chairs, BBQ, games and books for children, etc.
In addition, we can provide bicycles (adults and children), beach and outdoor games (including paddle surfing) if needed.
