Cocoonr offers this charming 110 m² house with swimming pool for rent in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It has a lovely 48 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 300 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor
- A 48 m² living room with lounge area (TV, sofa, armchairs) and dining room

First floor:
