Located on a 9 hectare property and away from the village, the gîte benefited from an exceptional view over the valley and an environment of woods and meadows. Completely renovated with modern equipment, the cottage offers an ideal setting to comfortably accommodate up to 5 people throughout the year. The cottage is non-smoking and with free wifi. The gîte takes on the characteristics of the houses in the Lot: stone construction, built on cellars with an external staircase leading to a "bolet" (large covered balcony) and inside, wooden beams, "cantou" (large fireplace) and the "soulliarde" otherwise says the kitchen. Outside, there is a large terrace with barbecue and garden furniture. We appreciate the beautiful volumes, the comfort provided and the covered terrace facing south which offers a panoramic view of the field and the valley. The Chemin de Compostelle the GR6 which links Figeac and Souillac via Rocamadour runs at the bottom of the property. For fishing enthusiasts, 5 minutes by car, the lake of Sagnes where you can also picnic. In the surrounding area, you will find various distractions that can satisfy everyone: 5km from Cardaillac, classified in the Most Beautiful Villages of France with its Eclaté Museum and its Tower of Sagnes, 10km from the Lacapelle Marival swimming pool or its castle, 15km from Figeac with the Champollion museum and its medieval streets, 20km from the leisure centre of the Lac du Tolerme, 25km from Gramat and its Animal Park and about 30km from the must-sees Saint-Céré, Rocamadour, or Padirac.
