Under the sun of the Cévennes, this beautiful house takes full advantage of the calm of the countryside surrounding the village of Saint-Brès. A little further away, 4 kms, the small town of Saint Ambroix offers many shops and sports opportunities. This house with its large park will ensure you a successful holiday. In the heart of an unspoilt Cévenole countryside, you will enjoy many excursions and hikes. 30kms from Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, 20 minutes from Alès, or 45 minutes from Uzes and the Pont du Gard. The activities are many and varied.<br><br>The geographical location of this holiday home allows you to take advantage of the infrastructures offered by the Ardèche gorges. You can also visit the various caves such as the nearby Cocalière (3 km) or the most famous, the Pont d'Arc cave (35 km), a replica of the Chauvet cave.<br><br>It is by a small path that you arrive at the house surrounded by an enclosed park of 2500 m2. You are well in the countryside and nature dominates the landscape of this pleasant house with all modern comforts. When you arrive in front of the house, you will find a terrace on the right, close to the built barbecue. The swimming pool with a splendid view is hidden behind lush vegetation.
