This former farmhouse was completely restored in 2015 and sits at the end of a rural communal road near a hamlet of 4 houses, creating the feeling of arriving far from everything in the countryside. The house remains comfortable and heatable year-round, offering numerous spaces including a large living room with a traditional fireplace, a summer dining room, and a mezzanine game room under a shaded porch. Wood is available for your use. The access road is rustic, paved in some sections and dirt in others, spanning 1.5 km. All cars, vans, and small trucks can navigate it by driving slowly. A horse riding center is being established about 1 km away. You can enjoy the Ardèche train to Lamastre and bike rail rides, with markets in Lamastre on Tuesdays and Saturdays, Vernoux on Thursdays, and visits to the beautiful villages of Desaignes and Boucieu le roi.
