The facility looked old and run down. The other costomers walk right by your window to get to their room or to have a cigarette etc.. It felt like a motel where hookers go woth their clients. At the price I paid, I'd expect a more modern facility or at least breakfast to be included for 2. The location wasn't all that good either. All in all; you can sleep ok and you have a shower etc., but it's not a 'nice' hotel to stay in.

Five Star Disappointment

Extremely disappointing. The hotel does not bear any similarity to the photos on site, in desperate need of a refurbishment. Room smelt of wet dog. Restaurant service was poor, kitchen ran out of food although we arrived 80 minutes before close of service, offered carrot salad and a pizza to share between two.

Not great first impression!

Hotel looked drab, scruffy and down at heel when we drove in to thr car park. Receptionist friendly and helpful, but even though not full could not accommodate my request for a ground floor room instead of 2nd floor no lift. Rooms very very tired and bathroom worse, with only one light working! It was however all very clean with fresh bedding and towels. Im guessing this Campanile is yet to receive a refurbishment! Also strangely the restaurant was only open on Monday Tuesday and Thursday - closed at weekends! Had to get back in the car after a ling drive from Italy to go and find a restaurant for dinner. Not ideal and wouldnt stay againin this Campanile.

Toujours le mĂȘme problĂšme de vĂ©tusté . Cette fois ci pour la chambre/studio numĂ©ro 27 . Une serviette pour deux . La lampe se trouvant devant la fenĂȘtre ne fonctionnait pas. À l’accueil pas d’ampoules de remplacement. L’interrupteur de cette lampe se trouve sous le plan de travail et il ne peut pas ĂȘtre remontĂ© . Le radiateur Ă©tant allumĂ© toute la nuit il Ă©mettait un bruit suffisamment fort pour ĂȘtre rĂ©veillĂ©. Cela fait une quinzaine de fois que je sĂ©journe dans cette hĂŽtel. Il y a des problĂšmes rĂ©currents qui concernent chaque chambre .(la porte qui ferme mal, la tv qui ne fonctionne pas, le chauffage d’appoint dans la salle de bain ainsi que des prises qui hors service etc etc 
 J’y retourne pour son emplacement non loin de l’autoroute et une superbe boulangerie en face

Alors j'ai lu un certain nombres d'avis nĂ©gatifs et j'avoue ne pas comprendre... Certes les bĂątiments sont un peu vieillots mais bon, pour 1 nuit ou 2.... bref... pour ma part, excellent sĂ©jour (bien que plus de cuistot => j'espĂšre que vous allez en retrouver un autre rapidement !)... au calme... et sous la neige pour info ! Je tenais absolument Ă  remercier les 2 personnes de l’accueil (une jeune fille blonde et un jeune homme frisĂ©) qui ont Ă©tĂ© PARTICULIEREMENT efficaces, sympas, conciliants pendant mon sĂ©jour. MĂȘme si je les ai un peu "embĂȘtĂ©es" avec certaines de mes demandes, ils sont toujours restĂ©s trĂšs pro... et ont gĂ©rĂ© Ă  merveille... MERCI Ă  eux 2.

Chambre juste avec un chauffage d'appoint Ă©lectrique qui ne chauffait pas du tout la chambre suffisamment pas moins 6 degrĂ©s dehors. En plus la couette Ă©tait extrĂȘmement fine et aucune couverture supplĂ©mentaire. Le chauffage de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas bien non plus le bouton Ă©tait dĂ©fectueux et il s'arrĂȘtait au bout de 2 minutes. Repas du soir cher 24,€ pour une autre et froide et une blanquette de dinde en bocaux rĂ©chauffe au micro-ondes. A Ă©viter...

L'établissement est vétuste, et une remise à niveau serait la bienvenue. Les chambres sont mal agencées, et elle manque de prises de courant. Les portes de ma chambre, notamment la porte du sas, ne fermait pas, et l'entrée difficilement. La salle de bain est toujours équipée en baignoiore, ce qui est peu pratique. Le restaurant propose des plats de qualité. Un séjour peut convaincant.
