Located in a former 1850 farmhouse, this unique and peaceful building offers a relaxing stay for the whole family, just 1 hour from Paris and 30 minutes from Disneyland Paris and Provins. This former architecture studio, transformed into an artist's residence and yoga retreat center, is open as a guesthouse at certain times of the year. Our two houses are independent. We welcome you to a peaceful setting, with a 7.5m x 3.5m swimming pool and a one-hectare garden, which we share with our two dogs and two sheep. This building is unique due to the layout of its rooms, most of which are on different levels.
The living room of approximately 50m2 has a beautiful cathedral ceiling with a superb view of the park. It is connected by a large 20m² entrance opening onto the courtyard and the fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs are two very large bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom. The first large bedroom is a beautiful, bright 35m² room with exposed beams. It contains a double bed, two single beds, and a double sofa bed. The second large bedroom is located in a double-height space, with a double bedroom area opening onto a workspace and a balcony, with the possibility of adding a small double bed. On an intermediate floor is a more intimate 12m² bedroom. A large workspace overlooks the courtyard through a beautiful bay window. Bucolic. Access to the garden is via the courtyard, through a beautiful entrance. From this entrance, you can access a fourth bedroom which opens onto the garden, as well as a lovely bathroom. Among the gathering spaces in this house, you will also have exclusive and private use of a comfortable cinema room with a video projector and a beautiful yoga practice room with lovely natural light. The fourth bedroom can be accessed directly from these spaces. The entire house is accessible and private, but unfortunately, its layout does not allow it to be wheelchair accessible. Part of our house is made available exclusively to allow free access to the garden and the swimming pool. The outdoor spaces are shared with our family. We live in the house next door and are available to assist you and answer your questions as needed.
