On the first floor, there is a TV lounge with a single sofa bed (100x190 cm) and a desk area with fiber optic internet and a TV package. The top floor offers an attic bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a shower room. You can also enjoy a small private courtyard with a garden table. Sun loungers, a barbecue, and beach equipment are available in the small outbuilding. The house and garden face south, ensuring plenty of natural light and a very pleasant living environment. You can access the sea directly in 3 minutes via a pedestrian path at the back of the courtyard. The courtyard is accessible for short-term parking to unload groceries and luggage; parking is then free in the surrounding area of ​​the main street. Parking in the courtyard is prohibited.
