Take to the skies in this large house in local stones. We offer you a spacious cottage of 120m2, comfortable, facing the fields of vines and the rock of Sampzon.

The accommodations are designed for 7 people, and classified 2 stars in the official classification of furnished tourist accommodation.
From the house you can radiate easily and discover the main sights. Our location is ideal!
We live nearby but each accommodations are totally independent and we are very discreet while being available if needed.
In the Ardèche, there is something for everyone...
Some will prefer to laze around and enjoy superb rivers, including Labeaume, 5 minutes from the house; or in the Gorges de l'Ardèche 9 km away.
Others will have a more adventurous and sporty spirit (canoeing, caving, tree climbing, hiking, cycling, visits to caves or typical villages...) don't forget to discover the replica of the Chauvet cave - classified as an UNESCO World Heritage Site - which will take you back 36000 years!
So many beautiful things to discover nearby for a busy holiday!
We are committed to offering you a pleasant house, where you will know how to rest and meet up with your family. The house has beautiful shaded terraces for every hour of the day. You will find garden furniture, table chairs in sufficient number and barbecue. The terrace to the east is very pleasant to enjoy a breakfast in the sun, facing the vineyards. The cottage is vast: 122 m2! With large rooms where everyone will find their place: a large living room with fireplace, a closed living room with TV and international channels, a kitchen opening onto the two main terraces. And in the sleeping area: three large bedrooms.
Here, fiber optic wifi is offered to you free of charge.
The mattresses of the beds are recent and protected. You can bring your own sheets or we offer a sheet and towel rental service. We ask for a financial contribution (10 euros per bed and 5 euros per person for the set of towels) for maintenance costs.
We live nearby and can be available if you wish, to bring you our advice, and opinions on visits, hiking trails, walking days... We have developed a guide that will surely help you to organize your stay!
We are happy to accept a dog. When you make your reservation, please let us know if you plan to come with your pet.

Fantastic Holiday

The property is located in a small, beautiful village in Ardèche, with views of the nearby vineyards. It had everything my family needed for our week-long stay, and the hosts were fantastic. They even helped receive and deliver one of our bags that was lost during our flight. I cannot speak highly enough about them, their home, and the lovely area where they live!

Maison très agréable et spacieuse, très propre et bien équipée. La rivière est à 5 minutes en voiture. Elle est idéalement placée pour rayonner dans cette belle région et nos hôtes nous ont donné de précieux conseils sur les activités et balades.

Une maison chaleureuse et des hôtes très accueillants.

Un séjour en famille très agréable dans une grande et ancienne maison fort bien équipée . A deux pas des principaux points d’intérêt autour de Vallon Pont d’Arc, c’est une excellente adresse pour goûter l’Ardèche et ses plaisirs….
