Then the cottage Le Havana is for you. Ideally located, 2 km from the Beauval zoopark, 30 km from the castles of Chenonceau and Cheverny, not to mention Chambord, Blois and Amboise with the Clos Lucé just a little further, you will be spoilt for choice to walk and discover these wonders of another time.
Based in Saint-Aignan, you benefit from all amenities. You are 300 m from 2 supermarkets and a petrol pump, 50 m from a greengrocer, a bakery and a pharmacy. The town centre with its shops, restaurants, castle and collegiate church are only 800 m away. You can even get there on foot.
As for the car, you have the choice: 2 spaces are available on the property in front of the pavilion. Or on the small parking lot 50 m away on the same pavement (there is always room).
This 120 m2 pavilion has been completely renovated. It can accommodate up to 8 people. Everything has been done for relaxation and comfort. Games room with American billiards, professional spa on the terrace, summer kitchen, large screen TV and TV in the bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Air conditioning is in all rooms and the shutters are electric.
On the first floor: The games room and its billiards, the summer kitchen which opens onto the terrace and the courtyard. 1 bedroom with a 190 cm bed and 1 bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower. 1 WC.
Upstairs: 1 fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher. 1 living room with sofa, large table and large screen TV. 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed. 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, sleeps 4 in 90 cm. Not to mention 1 separate toilet and 1 bathroom with shower and sink.
Outside, the land is fenced. Behind the pavilion, the terrace with the 4-seater Jacuzzi spa under the awning, the garden table and the barbecue. By climbing a few steps you can reach the lawn. The land measures a total of 900 m2. Pets are accepted under the responsibility of their owner.
Prices vary according to the period (3 periods over the year), the number of people and of course the number of nights spent (decreasing price over time).
Finally, the owner lives 10 minutes away and will take care of you!
