The room was not only spotless, but actually felt like a home away from home. It didnt feel like a corporate cookie-cutter hotel room. The staff were all very kind and more than willing to help. I had a great stay here, would highly recommend.

清潔な客室で、必要なものは揃っていて、外は海がみえてとても気持ちのよい朝でした。 夜間、近くの部屋のドアの開閉音が少しだけ気になりましたが、ベッドや枕も気持ちよくて、ぐっすり眠れました。 卓球ができると貼り紙があり、時間があればやりたかったです。また機会があれば泊まりたいと思います。

部屋から見えるロケーションは最高 夜、車で9時30分頃着いたので 真っ暗でわからなかったけど、 朝、漁船が港へ向かって航行してました。 部屋の窓から、スマホで録画しました。 最高のロケーションです。 前夜、車で到着した時、ホテルの方の笑顔があれば、星4.5です。 😉

こちらのホテルを選んだ理由は、アメニティが充実していて大浴場もあり、さらに大瀬戸港に近いという立地の良さでした。今回の旅の目的は池島炭鉱ツアーに参加することだったので、前泊として一泊しました。 ホテルのすぐそばにはファミリーマートがあり、大瀬戸港へ向かう途中にはセブンイレブンもあるので、とても便利です。港までは徒歩で約10〜15分ほどでした。 また、近くには「大瀬戸歴史民俗資料館」もあり、立ち寄ってみました。館内では大瀬戸町の歴史や人々の暮らしが紹介されており、特にこの地域で採れる滑石（かっせき）についての展示が印象的でした。滑石は縄文時代の土器に混ぜられていたり、中世には「石鍋」として調理器具に加工されたりしていたそうです。資料館ではその滑石製の石鍋をはじめ、様々な石製品を見ることができます。館内は広くはないものの、歴史や昔の道具に興味のある方にはおすすめです。私はとても楽しめました。
