The room is very tiny. Construction was going on all day right above our head. It's very noisy. The 8th floor has laundry service which is nice and an open area for exercises.

property is steps away from several connected malls so easy access to subway, dining, shopping. Property needs to update the rooms. Totally 90s...LAN line for Internet connection?! But housekeeping does a good job and is responsive.

situated right on top of an MTR station and several shopping malls connected by internal walkways, the spot is super convenient. The facility really needs an update of furniture and things like USB outlets and new recessed lighting and such - it's like time warp to the 90s, but the housekeeping staff does a good job with cleaning and were responsive to requests for more pillows, blankets and other items.

Before I book the property, I called to confirm if they have baby cribs and they said need to pay extra $100 service charge per day to get the baby cribs. So end up I did bring my own crib for my baby. We still wanna give it a try so we booked for a few days. When we arrived the first day, we have to wait till 3:05pm to get the room ready. Maybe because we have a baby, we are arranged to the end room. Then the second day no water to shower as the building is doing some service. The room card is somehow workable after tapping sooooo many times. We did extended two more days as I’m sick. But now we changed to another hotel.

The transport is very convenient if you prefer using MTR. The door for both the shower and the toilet is a little bit clumsy and not practical. The floor gets wet all the time when having a shower.

This is the fourth time in less than 3 years we stayed in this hotel. We love the convenience for everything that fit our needs: taxi and walkable to my son’s training field; lot of restaurants in the connecting malls; MTR right below; safe; other entertainment…. Most of the staff actually are excellent except one or two are mean during our more than 3 weeks stay. Will definitely come back again.

Nice neighborhood, super convenient.

Enjoyed our stay here. It's about 30 min by subway (MTR) from Central/Kowloon, where all the action is. So if that gets to you, Vega Suites is not for you. For wife and me, we like that 'gap'. Takes us away from the tourist crowds and experience a bit more of a local neighborhood. Icing on the cake is that it has direct access to the MTRmall at Tseung Kwan O. Cannot tell you how much of a life saver that is during the early July heat wave season. Vega Suites will be on my HK hotel watchlist. May try other neighborhoods or might just return to this one.
