The room was a good size and the staff were nice but compared to all the other hotels around, it was really basic but not much cheaper. Access to the beach was disappointing - it was fine, you can walk to the beach easily but everywhere else is beach front and lush whereas here you walk down a path, across a road, down another path, over a bit of rough land and there you get the beach. The food was shockingly bad, especially the a la carte restaurants. Breakfast was okay and the buffet was okayish. Coffee was weak, wine was watered down, bread was dry. It wasn’t terrible, but I wouldn’t stay again. The favourite part was going for a walk (outside the hotel) along the sea front to Makardi Bay (10km walk).

The resort is huge, quite, big swimming pool, clean room and all inclusive. The staff are great from the reception met Mr Abdallah who addressed our needs. Amr supervise second floor room cleaning and supply who is also great. Has 4 restaurants a la carte. The best one is Vida Latino has Sea food, very delicious and provide you with shawarma cut fresh at your table under the service of Abonob who is a pro in service. The beach shuttle every one hour takes 10 minutes, large area to swim white sand and they provide you with drinks, beer and snacks right from the beach bar. The food in general is very good but we recommend adding a bit of spicy flavor or medium salt as some meals contain nothing, not even salt. We had 2 rooms for 2 days that we enjoyed it to the full and what really touched us is that at the check out they provided us with lunch bag, fruits & water for each person. Appreciated all the services. Good Job. From Canada & UK.

The room was wonderful clean large comfy bed very spacious room was kept impeccably clean by very nice staff who other than seeing in the corridor didnt invade your space 😀 they did leave some beautiful towel sculptures decorated with i think hibiscus flowers absoulutly lovely , I only used the spa once as not my usual thing had a wonderful massage my husband also had a massge but went back for his beard to be tidied up . All the staff from reception ,reception porters barstaff , dinning area staff and of course the entertainment crew where are very pleasant helpful annd extremely polite

Amazing Hotel , we went their for our honeymoon, and the experience we had here will last on our memory for ever , every member was caring about us from The Hotel manager who welcomed us and his follow on the hotel , since we arrived we got fast and quick check in ,we received Fresh welcome drink ,They Free upgraded our room to pool view , our room was large and clean , we loved our room much it has wonderful view of the big pool , around the pool in the morning they was free cleaning our sunglasses that is a wonderful experience , regarding the Food and service was Tiptop , The Food and beverage manager Mr. Ismael was making sure that we receive Excellent service , the food was tasty , they have good cocktails , good sushi , varied restaurants and food , Thanks chef Nasser , the spa service was excellent too , good massage , good shuttle service to the beach , they provide us with free late check out till 14:00 upon check out , All staff was very friendly and welcoming, we will be back sure , Thank you all
