Incredible lake views! 6 BR & 4Bath + additional sleeping space. 3,800 square-foot home on Lake Pend Oreille. The house is perched on the hill with amazing views, and is surrounded by 27 acres of natural wilderness. A short walk down the driveway and across the road is a private waterfront area with a lawn, private dock, and small sandy beach. Standard occupancy is 12 people, but his house comfortably fits 16 people and can sleep 20. There is a $25.00 extra fee per person per night for each guest above 12 people. 10 minutes to Sandpoint, 25-30 minutes to Schweitzer Ski Resort. Incredible fishing right from docks/shore. Great for multiple families. Make this gem your base camp for summer and winter fun!
