Excellent, excellent, excellent is all I can say. From check-in to check out, this hotel was great. Every staff person we came in contact with were very friendly, the food we ate at every restaurant was great! The room was spotless and bed very comfortable. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at The H Hotel. Our deluxe room was comfortable, clean and well kept. We attempted to eat at the Cafe Zinc, the gal at the hostess stand was busy on a hand held and pretty much ignored us, we were looking around at the oastries, etc. my husband finally addressed her and she told him, “one sec” and walked away. Leaving us to continue to stand and wait for her. She finally came back out and told us that lunch was ending, we would have to have dinner and wait another 20 minutes for service to begin. We left and had an amazing meal at Gratz down the street. Highly recommend that restaurant.
