The rooms were spacious and the beds extremely comfortable. My only disappointment really was the breakfast. It was adequate, but not a lot of variety. I would have appreciated more options for bread, like muffins or bagels, but there was just white bread. There was very little fruit as well. But other than that, the desk clerk was friendly and the rooms were great.

That was the FILTHIEST, MOST DISGUSTING ROOM I’VE EVER BEEN IN. Black hairs on bathroom floor and shower walls. Black mold on bathtub floor. First room NO HOT WATER. Front desk kid ( who barely spoke English) blamed that on “small pipes!!!” He offered another room to us and when I said are there magical pipes going to the new room, he said this one will have hot water. So apparently he knowingly put us in a room without hot water. It actually did have hot water, but I promise you no cleaning person has entered that room in years. My husband and I have never been so happy to leave in our entire lives. The surrounding area felt very menacing and we did not feel safe parking our car in their lot.

parking was not a problem, my main dissatisfaction was your breakfast was substandard, limited selection, over cooked food, the menu each morning. one wash towel for two people. the wife and I are so disappointed it is not our plans to stay there again.

Honestly for the price I paid it was what was expected. What was not expected was I had to pay a $100 deposit that was not disclosed until check in. At check in was told the deposit was a hold until we checked out. Upon checking out I was told it would be back on my card in about an hour. I checked a few hours later and it was not. I called the front desk and was told 4-5 business days. He stated there is no bank that would give the deposit back before then. That's not true, I have had plenty on deposits given back with in an hour. To me this sounds like no one wants to actually to the job required and just tell the customer what ever. I can't argue cause it won't give the money sooner. So I can give a review. I think this information needs to be given up front not after check in or check out. Other than that the experience was good. Very quiet and pleasant. Easy access to my room.
