Pool not real clean ! Had 4 mysterious bites on my body ? Called and reported it, the manager still hadn’t responded by the following afternoon so I called them again . I was told they did a thorough investigation and found no trace of bedbugs. I sent pictures of the bites , it’s been a week and they are not completely healed .

Great place!

We were happy with our stay here! The property was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly! Everyone was happy with breakfast. Didn’t even have a little time to swim in the pool. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

The family suite was huge and super convenient. Rooms a bit open but clean. Area is safe and convenient. King room has no window so we slept like the dead. Beds were suitable. Not great but just fine. I’d stay here again. Breakfast was gross. Staff at front desk was wonderful.

You had a very large, noisy group of guests (at least 6) on the floor above us, after a sleepless night, they made us move instead of moving the large noisy group! We will not stay in Bay City Holiday Inn Express again. We were made to feel like it was our fault. The noise was ridiculously loud stomping all night long on the 3rd floor while we were on the second. The manager's answer was "You know how kids are". Then put them in a room with no one below them!! Not happy that I spent $700!!!
