Room was disgusting, included free men's hair all over the bathroom, when no man was in our party and free stains on the sheets and someone obviously lost their socks and got forgotten in the dirty sheets provided at absolutely no additional costs. Bugs were also free.

The property was under construction and looked nothing like the photos. Then once getting in the room, the tub was so dirty that my mom grabbed the towels to clean it and they were completely black. She then threw them away and while Checking out, they tried to charge her for the towels she used to clean their dirty tub. Awful experience and will never book here again.

Got a hot tub room for one night, was on a motorcycle ride and needed to soak from riding all day in the rain. Hottub appeared to have someone's pubic hair in it, ceiling on the room was falling in, sheets had a reddish/ brown stain on them, and the place was sketchy and I witnessed at minimum 3 drug deals happen in the 12 hours I was there. Additional deposit was required that was not disclosed when room was booked, and the one person at the counter had to personally check the room to get deposit back before we left. Had i not booked thru this app and paid for the room, I would have left immediately. Will be calling Wyndham corporate about the issues that were present.

Broken bottles by the door. Employee smoking by the door then tried saying we were smoking in our room. When he clearly seen us out by the car smoking. The employee just seemed to have an attitude about everything. Online our check in was at 2 pm and we were there promptly only to be told we had to wait an hour. Then the morning of the check out there was some construction company staying there and the guys were changing clothes in the parking lot and none of them closed their curtains so they were walking around butt naked. Also were reserved a room with a big hot tub but when we got there it was the size of a sink. Nothing looked like the pictures that we booked.
