The staff are friendly, professional, and very helpful. I speak some Japanese and they spoke a little English and we were able to easily communicate. This hotel is less than a minute walk from Yamato Train station and less than a 10 minute taxi ride to NAS Atsugi (about 1600 Yen roughly $11.50 and the taxis take cards). Many restaurants, a nice super market, many convivence stores all with in a minute or two walk. This is a good business travel hotel and a great price. This chain is all over Japan. The free breakfast was amazing!!! The rooms are small but very comfortable, bed, desk, TV, free Wi-Fi, bathroom. Perfect for quick trips.

Great location, but many faults.

The location is very convenient near to Yamato station. The room was clean, comfortable and well lit. However, the wifi didn't work and there is no lock on the bathroom door. There is also only a very small choice of English language movies available on the pay per view. The free breakfast is small and not worth bothering with. There is only one elevator so its always busy, and so it takes a lot of time to move around the hotel.

とにかくうるさい！隣接する部屋の音は丸聞こえ。廊下の通行音もハンパない。 朝食は無料だが、稀に見るお粗末さ。 本当の問題は、階段が利用出来ないこと。エレベーターは一機しかないのに、階段は早朝の一時しか使えない。 ひとたび災害が起これば、死傷者が出るのは確実で、とても恐ろしいホテル。相当の覚悟を持って臨まなければならない。
