The property is well landscaped with nature trees in the front and reserve with ist beautiful trees in the back. Plenty of sunshine in the house and across the pool and spa area give this residence a romantic atmosphere.
The residence has all over new decor, the bathrooms are completely new with white Italien marble on the floor. The house is freshly painted inside with breezy fresh colors.
It offers an immaculate open floor plan with a nicely proportioned, open living/dining/kitchen area. The dining/living area has cathedral ceilings and a beautiful chimney. The kitchen and living area open to the deck with the pool as does the master Suite. A laundry and a powder room are offered as well on the ground Floor. Upstairs three guestrooms share one bath. Stone stacked walls line the exterior drive and base of the home, that can be off-loaded from the attached garage or entered up stone steps to the front door. The enclosed sunny back deck offers a nice lounge area with a dinig area with barbecue.

Propane and Pool
Please note that the usage of propane for the cottage and the heating for the pool will be charged separately. The propane level will be documented at arrival and departure by our property manager. A security deposit is thus also necessary. The security deposit is 300,- Dollar per Week.
The Pool is open by now (normally from Mai) to first week of September. Every week a pool company will come to take care of the pool and the hot tub. Thus, it will always be in a very good condition.

Please understand that until March 2018 we can only accept booking requests for at least two weeks from Juli to September 2018.
