The staff were very personable and helpful. The room was awesome and the overall vibe was enjoyable. I was only able to stay one night and I'm not sure how to get a refund on the unused night.

Terrible stay

My wife stayed at the hotel while attending a funeral with my daughter and upon arriving noticed yellow stains all over the toilet. She had to clean it herself, later in the night she had a man go up to the same floor as her, the man had tattoos all over his body including his face and followed her. My wife rushed to her room and saw the man knock on the door across from hers. She saw it was a drug deal going on and could not sleep the rest of the night. She told the front counter, checked out a day early because she didn't feel safe and they said they would refund her the total amount. However they only refunded her the second night. We were really disappointed and will definitely never stay here again.

Nice beautiful rooms. First Checked in to a suite with King bed and sofa bed, when we were trying to pull out sofa bed found lot of food pieces and dirty stuff inside. Front desk offerd a different same type of room and found extra blanket had blood stains and only one towel was there for two adults and two kids. One guy I hope from maintenance came and gave new blankets and towels and apologized front desk guy it seems didnt even care. Such a nice beautiful hotel was ruined by Management/Housekeeping with such a ignorance with cleaning rooms and supervising. Rooms are lovely and breakfast was good too.
