The room was right on the river and our room had a nice little balcony. Very clean and comfortable bed. Only valet parking for $52/nt which I did not know about (probably is on the page where I reserved I just did not read far enough) but that was really the only downside. The breakfast was basic but good & served quickly to the room.

Hit and miss - stayed in Spring and it was great - came back and service was terrible. There were some kind employees of course - but the front desk could use some hospitality training- particularly one individual. One night I asked for a wine opener, she said they didn’t have one (4 star resort) - so I walked to the restaurant and bartender said, “they have them in hotel.” I told him I just asked, and front desk said no. He kindly opened it of course. I went back and told the front desk lady what the bartender said - she said, “they are only in the suites.” The hotel was not full- she could have easily asked a worker to grab one from a suite room but instead just said, “We don’t have any.” The valet workers were kind - front desk crew consistently disappointing… from cold welcome throughout the stay.
