The staff was absolutely wonderful! Arrived very late at night and it was wonderful to have such a kind person help with check in. I didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the grounds. Had a better breakfast been available, I would have considered having breakfast there. The “coffee shop” options could be much better at a Westin.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable and safe. The room was well maintained. We did have some issues with housekeeping this past visit and the spa timer was not working but we’d go back and stay.

We were just passing through Sacramento and needed a comfortable bed and clean room. We always try to stay at a Westin because we trust the high standards and quality of their rooms, facilities and service. This Location and staff were top notch. Check in was delightful. The staff was wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable. Will stay again soon

Nice restaurant and bar right there, so a lot of convenience. But the fees and $52/night for (required) valet parking really add up. It's not exactly New York City, but the bill felt like it. Maybe I just haven't done enough travel recently and am out of touch. Staff were great, and a wedding and the restaurant/bar were shut down as promised so as not to be a disturbance for folks trying to go to bed at 10 PM.
