Most disappointed that Netflix isn’t offering as I expect to watch lot for 3 weeks staying so why the dish’s have it on remote even tv too I feel little rob some $ that I feel not right so oh well hope in future to put on it and sure all customer happy to watch Netflix movie 🙏

Never again!

They didnt have even the basic stuff that you would normally see in any place. Shampoo, conditioner, tissue, no disturb sign. Towels were stained. Floor planks had gaps and were lifting. Walls are super thin, you hear EVERYTHING! Some lights didnt work. Oh and rat feces. Couldnt take it anymore so we left a day early and still got charged for it. Horrible place

Stayed for one night, had early flight next day. Convenient location to airport. Parking lot smells of urine. Some sketchy characters in/around property but for one night it was ok. To improve sleeping, ask for a second floor room, as you will hear every movement from the room above. The room was clean.

The rooms are excellent, i booked 3 rooms for 5 night's and the rooms are super clean, house keeping is great, the staff's are great. The only downside is the swimming pool that's not functional. I will truthfully recommend studio 6 which is the rooms i booked. The fridge is large, microwave is great. I am loving it. Thanks

The rooms are not what is as advertised and the toilet was unclean. When I cancelled on time with insurance the management will try to extort the money from you. They will not answer the phone when Expedia tries to contact them and the only solution is to escalate the situation to a regional manager. The reception was friendly but there is a clear issue of mismanagement and a lack of accountability.

Great stay for sleeping. Towels cpuld use a refresh. Went to walmart and bought towels because they were so thin. Overall amazing stay. The staff was amazingly friendly and i was very happy woth my stay.

Quality of upgrades were not great. Felt they tried to make it look good but used very cheap furniture. Pillows (all) of them were so lumpy from over washing . We would not stay here again

It’s pretty loud by the freeway. There were signs everywhere reminding you to lock your doors, which made me believe it was unsafe. It felt like too much. Room seemed clean, though. Seemed. The bed sheets were linty. The toilet looked like someone cleaned it quickly but didn’t actually lift the seat and really clean. I do a better job at home where no more than 2 people ever use the toilet.

Curbside appeal excellent, maintenance and HK ing theyvwere awesome..Management and GSR's really need training with OTA's and consistancy with their own policies.Hire me, that I didvfor M6...17 yrs. Housekeepers for rm 236 amazing and gracious perfect skills give her the raise she deserves. (Hint; buy cheaper pens and highlighters for the office and guests. Print less paoerwork, hundreds $$$ in toner & ink each month.) The savings annually will cover all your housekeeping staff and maintenance. GM/Owners you will not have and regrets. I will be back for sure. 😀
