Simply Cozy Studio Guesthouse

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Just off the 99 and a short way to downtown.

The entire studio will be available to you. The back yard patio will be up and available to use soon, but is currently under construction and unavailable.

Feel free to message through the app with any issues, comments or concerns. We will meet you in person to check you in and give you the key.

Two Rivers cider is right around the corner in the same neighborhood. Less than a 5 min walk.

Tinku’s is a convenience store that’s a little farther but it does close sort of early most nights.
Please do not leave pets unattended in the yard.
Quiet Hours are from 10pm - 8am (Certain exceptions may apply with express consent).
No Smoking Indoors. If you smoke Outdoors please dispose of waste in an outdoor receptacle.
Cannabis friendly, outdoors only.

We can sometimes accommodate longer stays, but they are limited to 28 days at a time. Let us know if you'd like to coordinate longer stays and we can discuss the details.
