Good stay, room was clean for a hotel room, liked that it had a whole kitchen. Breakfast was great. The pool was a little cool but it’s February. I was able to check in an hour early which was so helpful. Staff was friendly.

Everything was great but would have liked a big comfortable chair and the beds to be a lot lower. As an older disabled person it hard to climb up in to a bed.

The light from the alarm went off every few seconds over the top the bed, right onto the pillows, all night. Traffic and train noise was far too loud- they need to replace thier windows. Spiders in the room. Homeless encampment in the field as you drive into the hotel... Hotel manager was probably the kicker. Marie was completely unsympathetic when she was told we didnt sleep all night due to the above light and sound issues. She didnt even offer to move rooms for the second night and only comp'd 1 night. It was her attitude and lack of response or empathy that makes this stay so negative. I can tell you this, i wont stay here again!! Its RUN Down.
