Some staff was very short. I’ve stayed several times only received one deposit back Some staff takes cash and others say they only take card TV hardly ever works and some rooms are not put together very well

The rooms weren’t properly cleaned. The floors were covered in mud. The sheets were dirty, they had stains and burn marks. To top it off there was roaches, mainly in the shower.

I would of gave 5 stars except from friday to monday i wasn't able to watch the tv. It turned on but i couldn't change the channel so it was stuck on the menu the whole time

Good value booking

Came into town for a concert and booked a room based on price and location. Used room for basically getting ready for the concert and sleep; it was a good value based on our needs. Staff allowed me to borrow an iron (I had to leave my ID with her) from the front desk. Complaints would be overall had a lot of cosmetic flaws, my bed sheet had a cigarette burn on it, and the noise of other tenants and homeless in the area.
