The staff up front was very helpful, but something to be aware of before you choose this location, however, the streets are littered with homeless people. The location is great being in midtown and across from an IHOP, but just know you won't be the only guests there.

The surprisingly low price of this particular Motel 6 location and previous poor reviews still could not prepare us for the unclean and decrepit bathroom or for being awakened at 3am when 2 dog owners began a physical and verbal altercation against the roomā€™s front door. The cigarette smoke in this ā€œsmoke freeā€ motel room was the final nail: I will never stay in a Motel 6 again.
