The hotel was really bad. The room smelled, the employees did as little as possible, It was loud and there were people that lived there. The area was scary and run down and there were homeless and drug users all over, outside of the gate. They charged me more than I was told and I am disputing it. I would never ever go back to this horrible terrible rundown creepy hotel ever again.

I booked a room for my son and I for the Afyershock festival. The hotel is within walking distance of the venue. We couldn’t get a room early, we arrived around 11am. They let us get the parking pass so we could leave our car and then check in after the festival. I wasn’t able to book the accessible room, my son is in a wheelchair, but they were kind enough to give us a downstairs room. The room was clean, comfortable, and large enough for me to move my son around easily. It had the amenities we needed. None of the extras. But that’s OK. I appreciate the gated parking lot and the many security cameras throughout the motel grounds. And the staff has screens up in the lobby so they can keep an eye on everything. I felt very safe in a not so safe part of town. This is our second time booking with them, and I’m sure we will be back next year!

The element of loud people outside the gate and the parking lot has trash all over the place inside the gated area so you can not blame the homeless for that put it's close to the freeway and it's not that loud.And I think there some guest that been here for a minute.
