Had to checkout early as I leave for work around 5am, staff was very helpful and made sure my stay was top notch. The property is very clean and the rooms are also clean and remodeled. Not too many homeless people around as the parking lot seemed to be for all the residents. Parking lot does get very full around the nighttime but it seems to be all the hotel residents. Good area, close to sac state if your ever looking for somewhere to stay in the area! Will definitely be returning for the price and convenience.

the room was clean and the staff was great, but there was so much noise , police showed up outside of my room where a homeless person was asleep and was very loud. just alot of riff raff . But the bed was wonderful and the room was very clean.

Parking was easy and the hotel was easy to find. Beautiful pool but sadly it was closed for some reason. It did appear that there were two vehicles that were packed with stuff, and that people might be living in the vehicles. The room was clean but floor needed to be washed. The staff didn’t even smile when I checked in and out but when I returned to get my phone charger I left - she did give me a lil grin when I returned the key. Overall the place had everything we needed but it did seem sorta sketchy that people might be living in their cars in the parking lot.
