This Motel 6 is by far the cleanest one I have ever stayed at. The entire motel staff was great. Do not let the location be a hinder. It appears that the motel staff keeps the property clean and free of intrusions. I plan on staying there anytime I am in Rancho Cordova.You will not find a better rate in town.

This is probably the worst hotel/motel experience I’ve ever had. I’m traveling so I didn’t get there till one in the morning. Check-in went smoothly, but I was given a room in which the heat did not work. The toilet ran most of the night. The mattress was rock hard, not firm -hard. The pillows were also hard and for lack of a better description crumbly I was afraid to look at what was really under the pillowcase. Still, I could overlook everything but the heat. I wasn’t able to sleep. I got maybe 3 1/2 hours total and then I just needed to get in my car to warm up. It was too cold to shower. It was a horrible experience.

Every year our friends host NYE party in Fair Oaks, and we usually stay at their home overnight. This year we decided to stay at this Motel 6 because very close from Fair Oaks and we wanted to sleep quietly from the party. This hotel was quiet and we could sleep well, also coffee shops and restaurants are just across the street, super convenient. We will definitely stay there again.

To starter the bed was hard not comfortable at all same the pillows fell like a rocks. The drapes were almost falling off. And the last but not the least, this time I fell unsafe.

I didn't have any issues with the staff or check-in or out process, that was quite easy. I found a dead cockroach in my room and the bed was not comfortable. I would likely not stay here again, but the location is quite convenient.

The room was fine outside of finding a cockroach on the floor. We were kept up all night for 2 out of the 3 nights due to domestic violence issues downstairs. We complained to management, and they didn't care at all. This place is absolutely horrible.
