It was a great facility. The pool was amazing. The breakfast in the morning and the staff was awesome. Very polite the staff upfront was knowledgeable and helped very quick, especially when the keys were messed up overall phenomenal stay

Friendly staff and patient with my dogs. Good breakfast and clean a d spacious room. Access to the river and downtown is only a hop skip and jump. I'll definitely stay again my next trip in the area.

The area is not great, but the property is safe, clean and the staff is outstanding. Rooms are nice, don’t have to be afraid of critters. If you are come through town, I would def recommend this place. And the river is right there, you can hear boats!

My family and I stayed in a suite this past weekend. We saw so many questionable things; exposed open wires, cockroaches in the bathroom and living space, dead cockroaches near the bed. Several debris throughout the room as if it hadn’t been vacuumed or swept. I was concerned for my 1 year old. We mentioned the exposed wires to staff and they did send maintenance to take care of it, very nice man. The property is sketchy and not clean. If you have children, look for something different.

It was terrible from arguments in between families and front desk desk calling 911 so many homeless walking around hotel and people getting in and out of parking lot my family was not safe front desk still charge my stay and didn’t want to cooperate with a refund charge the stay that didn’t even happened..

Excellent room, very clean and comfortable Excellent customer service Excellent breakfast and the lady who works in the kitchen is wonderful But there was an issue with the TV, never worked. Don’t book here, rooms have stains, homeless people, and drug users in parking lot. Not a safe place for guests or vehicles. I had an issue with booking and they weren’t helpful at all. I had to figure it out myself while on location with my family in the car watching homeless people pushing an empty baby crib near the front door.
